Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

teRi unRaveled currently ships using USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. You may also be able to track your order through the Shop app if you use Shop.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. teRi unRaveled is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. Carrier delays may occasionally occur.

If your package arrives damaged, or if there appears to be an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the situation and help make it right.

Because each piece is handmade and many items are available in limited quantities, replacement availability cannot always be guaranteed.
